GRC Parfum S.B. was created from the Italian branch of the historic company Givaudan-Roure. Silvano Corlazzoli, who built his long career within the multinational company, acquired the division in 1998.
GRC Parfum S.B. combines the know-how of a multinational company with the utmost quality of made in Italy: creativity and tradition, passion and commitment.

1927. Count Carlo Giovannelli de Noris founded the company called BPS with the objective of
promoting the Italian heritage of perfume
worldwide.
 
1990. BPS was acquired by Roure-Bertrand-Dupont.

1994. Roure merged with Givaudan and BPS became an integral part of the group.
1998. Givaudan-Roure reorganized existing
production sites throughout Europe and sold their Italian Branch.
Silvano Corlazzoli, through a management buyout, acquired the company.

2008. GRC Parfum S.B settled its new headquarters in Settimo Milanese, building an automation plant.
Today GRC is a family-run business with the second generation active in senior positions, condition which ensures to maintain and develop long terms relationships.
From 25 years, GRC Parfum S.B. is on the market with the constant desire to expand its horizons.

													The GRC Parfum S.B. headquarter of 10.000 square meters, is composed by two units, connected by a tunnel that links the laboratory, the factory and the warehouse.
The tunnel, in its physical and metaphorical nature, unites all our departments, combining automation and craftmanship.
In 2024, we are expanding our production facility, through a new building of 8.000 square meters, empowered by an automatic system.
GRC Parfum S.B, is entirely based in Italy (Milan), with a series of systems comprising more than 33 km of steel tubes transporting 1.300 different raw materials, stocked under nitrogen to guarantee the maximum standard of preservation into the robotized mixing room.

Our website implements the ARIA attributes (Accessible Rich Internet Applications) technique, alongside various different behavioral changes, to ensure blind users visiting with screen-readers are able to read, comprehend, and enjoy the website’s functions. As soon as a user with a screen-reader enters your site, they immediately receive a prompt to enter the Screen-Reader Profile so they can browse and operate your site effectively.
